Well... it only took me a year.
 I'll admit that these didn't go exactly how I'd planned, and that if I did this again (ha, yeah right!) I'd definitely take a different approach on most of em. However- I'm pretty darn proud of them anyway. I managed to do ten different concepts for each category, and all the editting I had to do in MS Paint to get them together was an accomplishment all on it's own. I also got to practice with a lot of creature-types I don't usually draw, like birds and mammals, and it helped encourage me to broaden my horizons a little bit. Procrastination aside, I think this was a big success and I'm glad I gave it a shot. I'll be uploading each category seperately as well, to describe each creature in a little more detail and get some more specific feedback. Until then... enjoy.  |
