After Theraga 2

- A pair of monsters that interlock their limbs to become a larger fighter. Ideally they would have been insects, but I was having a hard enough time just drawing this, let alone something with more segments and limbs.

- Some sketches of a bear / anteater that had some Mapinguari and MH influences. Also nearby, some totally random creatures. Not even 100% sure they were for this, but they look cool so what the hell.

- A giant Orthocone that walks on land. I'm sure it would've spat ink, but at least one iteration (also?) shot bone needles from the bottoms of its feet.

- A skunk / opossum hybrid with a beefy, kind of werewolf-esque build.

- "Tricera-boar" and "Ratzilla". The boar came first and was supposed to be a really dirt, ill-tempered pig with tusks like a babirusa, only its have grown up through its eyesockets, totally blinded it, and turned into giant defensive horns. Since a lot of the designs took on a dinosaur vibe I made up a big bipedal rat afterward to be its nemesis, Triceratops vs Tyrannosaurus style. Never got to powers for either of these guys, but they more than likely would've been gross or disease based.

- A spiny armadillo, certainly just done randomly, since SD already had an armadillo.

- More bats! The one really silly looking one was just me taking their anatomy to its most extreme; not a serious design at all, just testing out my limits. The other was aquatic and would've lived in an underground lake where it used its giant, webbed hands to seize prey.

- Some more totally random things. Killer kelp, a toucan, and some kind of bug with a false, horned head.

- A bull/bison/gorilla(/minotaur?) monster I was calling Gnossis. Had retractable bone spikes on his arms

- Even more bats! The bigger one seems to be an alternate take on the sabertooth from the last page, filling more or less the same niche but instead being more of a lanky, creeping creature. The other had split arm-bones like spider legs and eventually turned into more of a flying fox type of thing.

- A "monster" made entirely of termites. Didn't like this idea at all and scrapped it pretty much instantly, but there it is.

- A floating mushroom that looks like a UFO. It's pretty similar to the flying jellyfish from SD, really, but it was so damn weird I had fun drawing it anyway.

- Speaking of weird... Santa Claus.

- And a film camera. You could be forgiven for thinking it was one of the ark aliens.

- A Behemoth-y bull creature that I really don't care for. From what I remember I never liked it to begin with, but wanted to try out some different, less predatory creature types. The longhorn one is, as the caption says, actually a VERY old kaiju that was something I doodles once as a kid. It never got a name or powers, but it probably predates guys like Scython, Gorgon, and Valcanus. I really wanted to bring it back in a meaningful way, but as you can tell, that fell apart pretty fast.

- A weird reptile with tusks, two tails, a finned back, and some kind of liquid dripping from its neck. I'm sure it was a weapon, but I don't remember what its effects were.

- Some ugly primitive elephants, who like the slug, eventually got recycled into a MH design.
